Hello, Alabama Baptists! I know that you’re winding down the summer activities as the students are looking forward to getting back into the classroom, and the schedule will be much more strict by then. We understand all of that, but we have something on our schedule as Alabama Baptists that I want to remind you of. And that is the Myers-Mallory State Missions Offering. The Week of Prayer for that is September 8th through 15.
This is the ninth year we’ve been able to celebrate and emphasize an offering that touches so many salient points of Great Commission Ministries. If you want to help church planting, disaster relief, if you wanna be involved in being able to help in church revitalization and plethoras of other things – which can be indirectly at least, implemented and impacted by the Myers-Mallory State Missions Offering, right now – begin planning to pray that week. But also plan your own contribution and let’s make this next year in Myers-Mallory State Missions Offering our very best year yet!
