Hello, Alabama Baptist. I know we’re all looking forward to the fall and well, whatever is in store for us.

We know what the Lord has in store, we just have to be obedient to Him and follow in His footsteps. But let me take this moment to remind you.

We have our week of prayer and it is during that time we focus on the various ministries fostered by the Myers-Mallory State Missions Offering. Not the least of which would be disaster relief, we never know when we will need funds to quickly respond to disasters.

We have Partnership Missions, we have already been in partnership financially and personally with the Alaska Baptist Convention, as well as a plethora of direct connections.

We have those who claim Alabama Baptist as home. We’re also involved in church revitalization and church planting. All of that continues even during this COVID crisis. The WMU wonderful partners with us, longstanding partners, all of this together makes the package of great commission ministries supplemented by the Myers-Mallory State Missions Offering.

I want you to know, we give sacrificially to it every year. I’m glad that we can honor Martha Myers and Kathleen Mallory by having their name as a brand name for our State Missions Offering. Join us this year, we know it’s a challenging time, but let’s reach our goal in the Myers-Mallory State Missions Offering.
